Write Vision Document

Description

A vision statement is a short, coherent statement that concisely describes the purpose for building the new or improved product. It provides a brief summary of the product background, the driving factors, and the justification for building the product. The vision statement should provide a high-level understanding of the product’s users. It also should include what the users need and how the product will meet that need. Finally, it should specify whether the delivery of the product is date-driven or functionality-driven. The language of the user's domain should be used to write the vision statement.
