Use Change Request query to track the status and trends of change requests. Escalate issues, as necessary.

Steps

  1. Monitor Change Requests:

    Use the Change Request query to monitor the status and trends of change requests as a whole or individually.
  2. Escalate Issues (Optional):

    Generate an Issue work item to address any negative trends or behaviors.
