Description

Undertake and resolve corrective action tasks to unblock and resolve work item issues.

Entry Criteria	Corrective Action Plan: A list of task work items designed to resolve the source issue.
Exit Criteria	Tasks: An updated list of tasks.
Is Required	Yes

Resolve Tasks:

Undertake the task, complete it, and update the work item as resolved.
Insure Source Issue Resolution:

Does the completion of the task in the previous step resolve the source issue? If not, why not? Are there other outstanding tasks? If so, then wait for these to complete. Otherwise, do additional tasks need to be added to the corrective action plan?
Insure Flow:

Can the blocked work items be restarted? If not, are there other issues that need to be raised or do some of the corrective action plan tasks require rework?
