This review should take into consideration business goals, project type, regulatory requirements, and any other decision drivers. Modifications to the project process are suggested and approved. Manually modify the project process tailoring to meet the needs of the project. Approve the Project Process:
Once the modifications are made, the project stakeholders approve the final version of the project process. The project process is recorded and communicated to the project team.
