Steps

  1. Publish Project Plans for Review:

Publish the project plans on the project portal.
  2. Schedule a Review:

Invite all team members and schedule a time in the near future for review with the integrated program management office.
  3. Hold Review:

Reviews are always best held in face-to-face meetings, but this is not always possible. In which case, hold a teleconference, net meeting, or video conference.

The project manager should present the plans.

Record review comments. Small changes to the plan should be made immediately while larger changes may require the project manager to rework the plan before presenting again to the team.
  4. Form a Consensus Agreement:

Form a consensus around the state of the iteration plans.

    (1) Agreed to as is. Take the plan to the IPMO.

    (2) Agreed to with changes. The project manager will rework the plan with the agreed upon changes and take it to the IPMO. No further internal review required.

    (3) Rework and present again. The project manager will rework the plan and present it again for the team's consideration.
