Review Product Vision

Description

The product vision must be reviewed before any work that depends on the product vision begins. The product manager schedules a review meeting with the sponsor and user experience architect. First the product vision statement is validated against the organizational vision statement to be sure they are aligned. Once the product vision statement is valid, the personas are reviewed to be sure they are valid for the identified market segments.
