Steps

1. Schedule Review:
   
   Schedule a time and place for reviewing the guidelines and invite the appropriate individuals.
2. Gather Inputs:
   
   Gather the inputs to the review. These include improvement suggestions from audits and/or review minutes analysis and the current guidelines.
3. Distribute Review Material:
   
   Distribute the review material, including the guidelines and other inputs, in advance of the review to give reviewers ample time to provide quality feedback.
4. Hold Review:
   
   Hold the review of the design and code guidelines.
5. Record Review Minutes:
   
   Record the minutes from the review.
6. Update Guidelines:
   
   Update the guidelines per the review.
