Fix a BugReassign Bug

Description

Bugs need to be reassigned when there is insufficient information, lack of knowledge by the developer about the bug area, or because of workload leveling. When a bug is reassigned, add descriptions as to why this bug is being reassigned.

Steps

  1. Modify Bug Description:

    Enter the reason for the reassignment in the conversation field on the bug tracking form.

    Provide information to help the next developer examine the bug.
  2. Update Owner:

    Update the owner information with the appropriate developer.
