DescriptionBased on the planned iteration backlog, an assessment should be made of the skills and knowledge needed to complete the iteration. A gap analysis should be made against the current project team and a plan to close the gap with training or drafting of additional team members with appropriate skills should be completed as part of the overall iteration plan. Analyze the work items on the planned iteration backlog and assess the knowledge and skills required to complete each item. Determine Gap Analysis:
Make a gap analysis of the skills and knowledge required against the current project team members. Make Gap Closing Suggestion:
Suggest training and/or drafting of alternative team members to close the identified skills gap (if any).
