Description

The team should monitor the status of corrective action tasks in Visual Studio Team System in order that they be monitored by other interested team members. Reports can be used to monitor the status of affected source issues and determine whether task completion has enabled a resolution to the issue or an unblocking of affected project work items.

Steps

  1. Maintain Task Status:

    The team should maintain the status of corrective action tasks in Visual Studio Team System. Interested team members should monitor tasks affecting issues they are anxious to resolve.
  2. Use Reports to Determine Issue Status:

    Use reports summarizing corrective action tasks to determine the status of open issues. Update the issues appropriately.
