Define Project Roles and Responsibilities

Description

Once a team has been defined for a project, team members should be assigned roles and responsibilities. Particular attention should be paid to team members responsible for communication between sub-teams or shared functional resources.

  1. Assign Roles:

    Assign a role from the set available in the process guidance to each team member or functional staff resource assigned to the project.
  2. Assign Responsibilities:

    Assign team members into spots on the organization chart.
