  1. Document Customer Requirements Included:

    Determine the list of customer requirements (scenarios and qualities of service), change requests, and bug work item fixes included in this release.
  2. Write Release Notes:

    Write a short document describing the release including the list of included functionality.
  3. Publish Release Notes for Review:

    Publish release notes for peer review on the project portal.
  4. Receive Feedback:

    Accept feedback and rework the document.
