How to: Create a Quality of Service Requirements List

Description

A quality of service requirements list is useful for managing requirements. Using Visual Studio Team System, the business analyst can create a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet containing a list of quality of service requirements. The quality of service requirements list is also useful for prioritizing, assigning, and tracking status of requirements. The list can be posted to the project portal for the entire team to view and work with.
