A scenario is a single path of user interaction through the system. As the persona attempts to reach a goal, the scenario records the specific steps that they take in attempting to reach that goal. Some scenarios record a successful path; others record an unsuccessful one. When writing scenarios, be specific. Since there are an infinite number of possible scenarios, it is important to write only those scenarios with differentiating factors.
